Receiving your response

Request a copy of your data, portability, or assistance with switching through the contact below. We verify the request and prepare the required response. The private package link and access code let you retrieve it independently of your account or Trial. Contact us about missing information, access problems or a necessary extension.

Software access

Use HTTPS and send Authorization: Bearer <delivery-code> to GET /data-responses/{package_id}/manifest, then to each file's download_path. Keep the code out of URLs, logs and shared command history. An authorized destination receives its own reviewed package and credential.

Manifest format

The JSON format is lumemark-data-response-v1. Fields: package_id (opaque identifier), prepared_at and available_until (UTC ISO-8601 timestamps), and files (array). Every file has file_id, name, media_type, byte_size, lowercase hex sha256, and a same-origin relative download_path. Files may include a ZIP archive, scoped supplements and an explanation of the response. The archive's README and category inventory describe its contents; the manifest is not a declaration of legal completeness.

File retrieval

GET|HEAD /data-responses/{package_id}/files/{file_id} supports a single Range: bytes=start-end, open-ended or suffix range. Responses use 200 or 206, Content-Length, Accept-Ranges: bytes, and Content-Range for partial responses. Compare the SHA-256 of the complete saved file with the manifest. HEAD describes the whole file. A disconnected transfer can resume while access remains valid.

Errors and expiry

404 DATA_RESPONSE_UNAVAILABLE means access or the requested file is unavailable. 416 DATA_RESPONSE_RANGE_INVALID means the authenticated range is invalid. 429 DATA_RESPONSE_RATE_LIMITED supplies Retry-After; retry after that delay. 503 DATA_RESPONSE_DELIVERY_UNAVAILABLE means delivery is temporarily unavailable; contact us if it persists. Access can be revoked and expires at its recorded deadline. Browser access lasts at most eight hours; re-enter your still-valid code if needed. No payment or new Terms acceptance is required for this delivery route.
